Our country house “Caserío San Pedro I” is a complete two-storey house for vacation rental. It has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, along with the chapel and the two granaries in 2019.

It is divided into two floors, as follows:

Ground floor

The ground floor is an open space in which the living room is located, with a large wooden dining table. The kitchen, also in this space, has all the necessary equipment for you to cook comfortably during your stay: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, toaster, juicer, mixer, etc..

Upper floor

On the upper floor, which is accessed via a wooden staircase, are the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful south facing corridor from which you can enjoy excellent views of the environment.

• Room A, has a double bed, private bathroom and direct access to the garden.
• Room B, with double bed has direct access to the corridor.
• Room C has two 90Cm beds and direct access to the corridor which it shares with room B.

Rooms B and C share a bathroom located in the distributor on the upper floor.

Outdoors

Give yourself the luxury of eating or having breakfast under the granary right in front of the house. There you’ll find garden furniture so you can sit and enjoy the outdoors and the shady landscape.

You will also be able to enjoy the 40 hectares of the Caserío de San Pedro estate, with a large green area with swings and a playground for children, barbecue, two granaries, a chapel dedicated to St. Peter and our farm animals.
