Our country house “Caserío de San Pedro II” is a two-storey house with 4 rooms for complete rent, although it can also be rented by rooms.

Built in what was the stable, maintaining fidelity to traditional architecture, using stone and wood as the main elements.

It has a wide wooden corridor facing south, with unbeatable views of the Sierra del Cuera and the surrounding landscape.

It is divided into two floors, as follows:

Ground floor

The ground floor has a large open space in which is the living room, with a large wooden dining table. The kitchen, also in this space, has all the necessary equipment for you to cook comfortably during your stay: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, extractor hood, toaster, juicer, mixer, coffee maker, and so on.

One bedroom (room A) with double bed and complete bathroom.

A toilet in which there is also a washing machine for the clothes.

Upper floor

On the upper floor, which is accessed via a wooden staircase, are the three remaining rooms, all with private bathrooms.

• Room B has a double bed, private bathroom and direct access to the garden.
• Room C, with a double bed, has direct access to the corridor.
• And room D has two 105cm beds and direct access to the corridor which it shares with room B.

Outdoors

This house has a porch facing east, in which, in addition to a large table, chairs and barbecue.

The front of the house has another small porch facing south, which also has outdoor tables and chairs.

You will also be able to enjoy the 40 hectares of property of the Caserío San Pedro, with a large green area with swings and playground for children, barbecue, two hórreos, a chapel dedicated to San Pedro and our farm animals. both the chapel and hórreos have been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2019.
